One night in December, I was thinking about how much I loved Christmas time. Not just Christmas day, but the whole season. Ever since I was young the weeks surrounding Christmas always seemed to hold such a magical, unique feeling. A feeling of grand possibility and joy. Even as an adult I'm always overwhelmed by the "spirit of Christmas".
That night I realized that there really were no songs that represented this very specific feeling I always seemed to feel. So I decided I would try to create this song that I felt needed to exist.
'Christmas Morning' is my attempt at translating my feelings into song.
